Your right my friend. I'm predicting 001 in 4 months and then maybe out the back door, or if not they may do a capital raise such as CHP did recently ...who knows but funding they definitely will need. No one readying this will like this prediction but that's how it looks to me and I'm so far under water I just don't care any more. Loyyal is a long term sell and if they only start now they will "run out of runway". VARS will be hesitant to take it on as it ties up resource, sales and support. I'm not sure what a large VAR return would be but there are easier fish to fry for them, anyway expect the worst.
