So now Malcolm and Annie have their golden handshake (value circa $170k @ based on takeover).
They've extracted a number of years salary and in Annie's case additional income via rent.
They moved the Aurigin assets to their new company, with terms which could dilute DAU's position to a small fraction of ownership, after using DAU's cash to fund the venture.
I would be surprised if they don't take the money and run (i.e. recommend shareholders take the offer) from VAN.
