Well,

The say it is not price sensitive with issuance of circa 27mil more shares...Really!!
Thats a fairly large dilution handed to the Directors & their related parties.
Its a sham at best.
Until now the directors of DAU have not spent one cent of their own capital for their truck loads of shares & options, diluting holders to the graveyard.
Self interest & related party transactions rule over at DAU & continue unabated.

hope you all get losses back elsewhere as its delusional to think a Leopard changes its spots.
