The good news here is that prior to this meeting, Sean only had 32m odd shares and 109m options. Now that all the resolutions were passed, he can be given another 110m options so FINALLY he will feel "motivated and rewarded" and his interests will "align with those of Shareholders".
Imagine the cloud that hung over his head as he trudged into work each day thinking "I'm only being paid $396k per year for this."
