Can someone more seasoned please explain two things to me;
1.) Am I right in thinking issuing 60 million shares is a bad thing in terms of dilution? or is this just capping the total shares at 60 mil period?
2.) How true to life is this voting thing? It always seems to end up in the director's favour.
