I went to the AGM and unfortunately couldn't vote as my shares are held by a custodian broker (Interactive Brokers). I was stunned the people in the room all voted yes to the 2 resolutions.
It was an appalling AGM. No CEO or CFO and the 2 directors and chairman not once looked up during the prepared speech. I was also amazed there was not a Q&A of any capacity.
These guys are absolute clowns. Jump off the sinking ship with your life.
