Gerry Harvey and family are the majority shareholder in Harvey Norman (55%) and they were unable to vote on the remuneration resolution which was rejected at today’s AGM when 51% of the other 45% voted against it.
If Harvey couldn’t vote because of his 55% are we sure Todd wasn’t in the same position when they voted to pass the FMS remuneration resolution at our AGM.
JUST WONDERING the DIFFERENCE if there is one ? Maybe it’s because Todd’s aren’t directly on the board but they CERTAINLY have their representatives.
