I think the executives which includes JY/MW/T and Tbod would have glanced at the anns as they do and saw all passed. (O’K)
Difficult to expect them to know % and corporate law of several countries..
A second strike may bring attention and have some questions asked from across the ditch.
Have them explain how a bod can be spilt and then re-elected. (can they really be in control?)
One might think the bod is in a mess to have that happen.
