I think PT JV is just a battery distributor, an agent. This so called collaboration imo looks great on paper and sounded like the real deal - but I am of the view it will come to bugger all. Personally, I think Kobi and his mates got hold of the "technology" and are now trying to hawk it around to see if they can get someone to do something with it.
