voted in support of the rumuneration report, Average shareholder holding is 880k shares.

15.8% of shares held by 78 Shareholders (37% of all shareholders who voted)
voted in against the rumuneration report, Average shareholder holding is 240k shares.

end results - the 112 shares holders who hold the majority of the company supported the remuneration report,

FYI, the vote is based on shares not the number of shareholder voting,
