Agreed, Russell mentioned he would be happy to discuss our concerns over phone however I advised him that we would prefer email consultations as phone calls are harder to hold people accountable to. At this stage I'm looking into class action it would be good if everyone could post up/email what they thought MTC failed to abide too for our initial consultation with lawyers to see how strong our case may be. We will need a representative plaintiff. In the mean time I'm happy proceeding with our original plan to await Russells response to our concerns, obtain the shareholder registry, contact and invoke a meeting.
