Yes Towie, that was the "signal" that I was expecting and that last minute sale @ .003 on Friday was the last thing I was expecting. Could be an interesting market to watch this week and we can have another chat. We can probably count our lucky stars that it might just be only one year to wait if Friday's meeting approved it. The poor actual owners, the Terry family, had to wait 15 years to get their business approved on the same land. It would seem that the principle behind the Mabo decision didn't anticipate such procrastination, but, indigenous land use has been abused by both sides.. Hopefully, will soon be over and all of those, like kcof, would be thanking the TOs for the delay to enable him to continue to top up at these levels. Soon know.
