It is agreed that management should not be held responsible for market machinations, but they did however have the opportunity to keep Wednesday and Thursday trades more well informed by announcing the Trading Halt for the CR at the same time as the NHS announcement.  It would not however stopped the price run up in the few days prior to the NHS announcement.
