Seems like I wasn't the only one unhappy with shareholders being excluded from this capital raising with 12% against and 25% abstaining. Let alone offering a discount of 10% when CVN's prospects for this year are so high.
By all means offer the 10% discount via a rights issue to existing holders, but a placement like this one to new investors the Board should have had the balls to offer no discount if they truly believed CVN has an opportunity this year that no other Australian oil explorer offers.
Not a ringing endorsement of the Board IMO on this raising.
