Here's a summary of the resolutions:


I didn't attend the meeting, but as we can see, all resolutions passed.






So resolution 6 was not favourable to our only (current) Substantial Holder:



Our management are now substantial holders, which is good that their interests are aligned with ours for the bet outcome for ROG, however it makes it easier for management to pass resolutions in the future which may not be in our best interest...

That said, the licenses for Innamincka have a 6 month expiry, if the loan is not repaid and the clock has started ticking, management bet get a shift on or forefit $800k and their entire career(s). So I am assuming the good news to start flowing from now on.

After the admin announcements from the issuing of additional shares.... next...JV? Highly likely IMO.

5 year pipeline dream would be awesome if it materialised, the long long haul is where the serious coin is. I hope the days sub 1c will soon be over as the asset is worth so much more than what the market cap reflects.
