What do you make of the substantial investor opposing the fairly 'standard' 10% & 15% placement facility.
Could it be an attempt at a takeover?
I also find it strange that the chairman Guy Le Page was not immediately replaced?
The timing just before the AGM is also strange IMO
Something is definitely happening behind the scenes here
