    RTG has the Customary Owners of the Panguna minerals support. It is the only company to have won a Social License. BCL, in contrast, is almost unanimously opposed by the Customary Owners because of the past Environmental damage and has been rejected by President Momis, the BEC and the people of Panguna and Bougainville.
