You say "I would think a lot of questions need to be asked and answered at the next AGM." I daresay that a few answers at last month's AGM might have been a start.
RTG's disruption of the process which BCL was patiently going through with landowner groups has led, firstly, to the moratorium by the ABG and now to the ridiculous Bougainville Advance Mining proposal. It's difficult to see that there have been any winners in all of this, least of all the residents of Bougainville (remember them?).
