    Andesite. The person that gave you the information is your agent who had no right to attend a private meeting of members of the company. Your agent, lied to gain access to the AGM, claiming she was "a member of the public". Nothing could be further from the truth. The mysterious young lady at the AGM failed to disclose when asked that she was there to obtain information for you as well as engaging in false pretences so you could have eyes and ears in the room. Your post should be moderated immediately.
