The results of resolutions 3-6 clearly show that BHD shareholders don't want Ramcap running BHD. That's quite obvious.
Bearing in mind that many BHD shareholders voted against resolutions 1-3 for this EGM in order to keep things simple for tomorrow's EGM, I'd say the existing directors might want to start packing their bags.
