Thank you for that. That is very reassuring. This was always a grey area for me.
The profit margins will certainly improve from being a reseller to a manufacturer. I guess the wriggle room figure of UP TO is if they picked an arbitrary expected date of certification/manufacturing and how the real timeline eventuates in comparison.
