Executives should only be able to claim their bonuses, and align their pay with long-term Performance and Milestones . and not just reward themselves each year at the expense of there shareholders who after all are the real investors in the Company and who get diluted at every opportunity.We see this far to often, need a wage increase ,just raise more money,just like putting your hand in the till.
ESH directors wake up and think who is funding this Company,I am all for paying for results but results must come first. .
