my understand of such things is limited, but ...
did we just have a dilution of over 1.6 billion shares inflicted upon us?
Was this done to sidestep the results of the last meeting, or totally unrelated?
Any idea how many paid up shares there were before this meeting created these shares?
And lastly, I don't remember getting any notification of the meeting, did anyone else?
