Ann: Results of Meeting, page-7

Hey bigwill,

I attended meeting this morning. Some pointers from the meeting:

1. Big news coming for the company ( Jamie talked about the ** channel and company going beast mode. I asked about what to expect and all that was said it will set the company for a great future)
2. Is razer still backing us ( Jamie said yes and are working on projects that will be announced to the market soon)
3. Did mention movement into a region (not sure what that meant)
4. Cashed up for next 6-9 months and expecting cash receipts to increase in the next quarter as Alliance launch their subscriber platform aiming for 100 000 users
5. Asked him about more teams coming on board and was notified that talks are materialising and will be announced to the market. Did mention the Global brands as well so not sure what that will mean
6. Performance shares an update to the market will happen soon. Team is pushing as hard as they can
7. Asked where Gernot was and mentioned his on international duity for us. To me it seemed like he was on buisness matters overseas. Could be a deal? Not sure
8. Company going into beast mode soon. Was repeated many times
