I would like nothing better than to see SEG/AMD shareholders...

I would like nothing better than to see SEG/AMD shareholders finally have some form of return on their investment/risk, I say risk as this is what it is.
To use your words in that every company does this in regards to loans and free shares. Does that make it right ? Is it justified to earn close to half a mil will on the brink of extinction ? No.
To continually see AMD in decline and continually see key board members reach milestones whilst in decline to me is not alright.
Take a look at the salary package that SM commands on a declining outfit.

Yes, there is change with the addition of new people, yet history still repeats itself. New staff, more loans and free shares.
DYOR, historical data, what ever.
Someone may have pulled a rabbit out of a hat, but is it real or is it a fake ? Until I see a complete change, AMD is still an old Datsun 120Y with a brand new shiny vinyl wrap hiding the rust beneath.
Hopefully there is change coming and a profit for all, as stated above, someone is well ahead for 2019 !
