I am so glad that we have democracy controlling our little part of the world, otherwise we would have the vocal minority running the whole show.
If we were to look at the voting percentages at today's AGM it would be something like 90% in favor with 10% against.
However according to your logic, those in the 90% bracket are dumb dumb dumb and the remainder are what?
By deduction they must be the opposite, perhaps Clever? Smart? or just Wrong? ...........I do not know what, but certainly not on the winning side.
I have played a lot of rugby in my life and when I was against a loosing team who were bit*hing at the progress of the game, I used to just point up to the scoreboard and tell the wingers to read it and face the reality.
It is called accepting the facts as they fall.
