Commodity prices are notoriously cyclical. A good strategy is to buy commodity assets when they're cheap and sell when they are expensive....can't go wrong.
With NHC we are buying Coal at a very cheap price and expecting to sell in a year or two when coal prices improve. Hard to go wrong.
