    The 17.5% vote AGAINST the Remuneration Report at today’s AGM sends a very strong message that a significant number of Shareholders are not happy with how much Laz & the Board have been & are paying themselves.

    The Board is now on notice that the current pay structure & levels of remuneration need to change....or next years strike will be over 25%
    AGAINST.
