Even if current management miraculously turned this all around tomorrow it wouldn't be due to them cutting spending, slowing down work to allow for better timing for battery manufacturers, or even if the cobalt price increase.
They would be rambling on how the 259d put the pressure on to get things done. Nothing will satisfy this mob whilst the current board exists.
