Before or after a capital raise? I won't be participating in any more capital raisings unless the overall performance of this company improves. In fact, I'll allow management to take up my allocation. Ive been a "loyal" shareholder for far too long without any rewards, while management continue on with wage increases etc. Wouldn't it be a nice gesture if they said, "you know what, the shareholders have done it tough, we'll forego any increases for a while".
