Peter Wright sold pretty much as soon as he could.
He wasn’t waiting any longer, because he new better.

Directors can only sell when their “window” is open (see below).
Peter’s window opened on 01/05/19 for 30 days.

*Peter Wright sold on 07/05/19

“Directors, Employees and their Associates may Trade in Laneway Resources Securities during the period of 30 days following:

- the announcement to the ASX of the half year results,
- the announcement to the ASX of the full year results,
- the announcement to the ASX of the quarterly activities report, andthe annual general meeting,

they are personally satisfied that they are not in possession of Price Sensitive Information, andthe transaction does not amount to short term trading.”

So you see, Peter Wright was prohibited (as a Director of LNY) from selling until the release of the Qrtly. Once the Qrtly was release on 01/05/19, his Director’s window was opened...and away he went...like a bear frothing at the mouth.
