Yes - Bruno paying himself $350K (in salary, super and shares) is a tad generous for a company the size of TYX and with fairly limited complexity in terms of projects (both technically and commercially). This is equal to 7% of the company's market cap that goes to one person's package. If he had any faith in the company and its projects he would take a much smaller base salary and top it up with performance shares (with meaningful and stretch targets).It's hard to see how being an MD of such a small outfit could justify a package in excess of $200K. Based on the amount of output generated each year by TYX it is doubtful that it is even a full time job.
