Can't simply extend the options expiry date, company has no power to do so under the Corporations Act and the ASX listing rules. In fact it's specifically excluded in the listing rules because one of the key elements of the option is that it's value is dictated by its finite life.
I'd say a 1:1 option issue for existing option holders adding the total suspension time to the original series expiry would be most likely.
