I'll speculate about the consolidation.. Original plan was to consolidate and raise again based on positive news and better financials. They approached CPS or whoever with the idea and were told no way - we only raised 2 months ago, it was woefully undersubscribed and being underwritten it wouldn't be too good for CPS's balance sheet. Don't bite the hand that feeds you in other words.
