two different CONFLICTING statements

yes.. we have a binding agreement we have negotiated a deal
no.. we dont have a binding agreement until shareholders approval

so which one is it yes -no-maybe

looks like they had just possible known the deal was sealed and voting was now a formallity just from this statement alone.

asx and asic should of had been all over this statement as to how Flinders-enters-into-binding-agreements-with-BBIG without sh approval..........need to clarify how they could get a binding agreement as the hitting headline thats looks like a contractual statement.

my assumption dont quote me...so the deal was probably already done and they may have slipped the great news to us but was covered with a clause subject to sh agreement.

so was our vote a formality for fms marketing destined to fail due to a deal made all along. from the 28 nov 2019.

Did OCJ change their tune around  28 nov 2019 as they are the deal makers
