I agree with you. In my opinion OCJ "blinked too soon" but the deal is done and OCJ's vote was there own to vote however they saw fit - but it is a shame for all of us that have financially supported Flinders Diamond and then FMS, prior to Todd majority ownership, to end up with so little of the pie.
On a positive note - the Shares are so cheap - and I don't think they will stay at this pitiful amount for long - so we bought a few more this morning. Helps to leverage down. We are staying and watching until the SP determines that we leave. It isn't the end.
