The reason OCJ voted “ FOR “ could be as simple they had a little chat, and OCJ told Toaddy that they will vote yes but if you try to delist again in the future OCJ will vote against the delisting, OCJ still has the trump hand and Toaddy has nowhere to go but say “ OK” if they want production, so let’s try to push this little baby up, and limit the negative talk.
