So it looks like Mr McA is likely to get a massive $200,000 bonus. Now McA, JG and CE, have been telling everyone what a great deal the transaction is. Now let us see if they put their money where their mouth is. Let’s see how much of that $200,000 McA invests in FMS shares! Let us see, now the transaction vote is done, just how many FMS shares are purchased by CE, JG and NW. Let’s see if they really back this “great” deal by putting some real skin in the game! After their sales pitch it should be a no brainer after all. Easy money? Let’s also see if they contribute to future cash raising too. They actively promoted the transaction so there is no excuse not to have directors and McA have plenty of skin in the game from here on!
