In the current environment, I think the management should 100% focus on improving plant and operation efficiency rather than looking after their own well being with all these creative performance rights / bonuses.
Didn't they know that the company need to make a profit first before considering all these perks.
Under current financial circumstances, reducing salary should be considered not performance right / bonuses
