This is why they will now need to pay the vendor in cash , to maximise their capacity in a raise that will most likely need to done at a discount to the current share price . They are going to need a hell of a lot more than $200,000 as you suggest . They only just completed a raise of $500,000 .

The 100 million shares @ 0.005 may have been positive for the share price . I think Monday may be a better indicator as to how the market views this vote by the holders . imo
