Concern for the vendor if rmx stay with the 100 million shares and $100,000 cash payment will revolve around their ability to meet the milestone payments . I can’t see drilling until the above issues are resolved .
I was surprised to see the share price hold up today on the asx , but the market clearly dictates that any sale will be conducted at 0.002 and you only need one weak link in that chain . I would be expecting an announcement here to inform shareholders of the company’s direction . Maybe cutting losses and walking away is best , however management unlikely to take this opinion . GLTAH’s , imo .
