If Resolution 1 is not passed, the Issue can still proceed but it will reduce, to that extent, the Company’s capacity to issue Equity Securities without shareholder approval under Listing Tule 7.1 for 12 months following the Issue. Further, if Resolution is not passed, the Company will still be required to seek all necessary shareholder approvals for the issue of the Deferred Consideration Shares (subject to the satisfaction of the relevant Milestones).

Finance is not the issue.....shareholder confidence clearly is. Company is cashed up comfortably.
