Approval for Issue of Director Incentive Securities to Dr Yacov Geva - Failed

A lot of long term share holders with big holding voted against incentives shares. This now puts Yacov under more pressure as the share holders have expressed their unhappiness with his performance and will expect further transparency. I still believe Dr G will deliver something massive. Once again, next 6 months are very crucial and I'm confidant we will start going upward from here. I will certainly say this, there's been many situations that were out of Dr G's control.
