Well the reality is what happened in the AGM. All resolutions were passed so easily with such massive margins, even the increase in remuneration (that to me and I am sure to everyone else as well makes no sense whatsoever). They literally didn't need your votes to pass all of them. The performance shares were voted on by shareholders, sure thing, just like what happened with those resolutions, where your votes didn't matter. The main area of contention have always been the revenue and its legitimacy.
Quick question:
In relation to the money(revenue) from the key contracts that led to the release of the performance shares, does the majority of them came directly from the customers or from unknown entities, which are alien to even ISX themselves? Please explain your answers.
