The remuneration report had a 'first strike' against it.
At least one director had a substantial 'no' vote.
Having said that, this seems generally to be a well run company with a long track record of achievement which is why I recently purchased some.
It has almost a 12 per cent share of all new cars bought in Australia. In what seems to me to be a fragmented subsector, this is no mean achievement.
