    The only thing atrocious is your spelling. 22B shares into $320M by my reckoning is 1.45 cents. As Porter received his shares for 0.5 cents it means he tripled his money. Any shareholder could have bought stock around 0.5 cents over the past 3 years.Can you explain a better way of repaying $132M of debt?
