I read it straight from online PDF. reading these legalistic documents is tough in English let alone intermediate Chinese.
the pdf is a contract of a change in equity. my interpretation is a chinese company shareholder (maybe a communications company) is reducing its holdings in Jinan under 5% (now just under) the majority of the document is definitions, Director info and preliminaries.
