Pinto is no longer the largest shareholder. The company is now controlled by CPS Capital in Perth (see reference to Jason Pererson above). The Board is run out of Perth by Joe Graziano and David Wheeler. David Wheeler is the appointee of CPS Capital. Some say that CPS have a relationship with Syngas, and are on both sides of the deal. Hope that helps explain why the resolution 1 was withdrawn, when the proxy vote was apparently overwhelmingly against.
