I sympathise with just shutting up shop and walking away but my 2 preferred positions are one, that share holders revolt and hire better management ie a bag of spuds could provide better management or 2, would companies that want our assets just make a fully script funded offer payable not to the company but to holders as any money that comes under the influence of the board is in my opinion dead money. PS Im amased that in the initial SYS offer there wasn't provision for TYX to pay SYS money for them to take Jumbuck off our hands Oh that's right TYX doesn't have any money but if we did Im sure that we would have to have handed it over Did I loose consciousness are we in Russia?
