I'm pretty sure nothing was disclosed other than the two resolutions, of which resolution 2 was discussed by Steve McGovern for obvious reasons. Then GB said they would be "starting to organise the August update as previously mentioned ... in around 2 weeks" and us investors will receive all the relevant info on that upcoming update.
No idea why the price is increasing, LNU does tend to get the ol' pump and dump treatment
